Biography
Completed his Bachelor of Psychology at the University of Windsor, Canada and his Master's and Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Wayne State University, USA. His research primarily focuses on the application of lifespan psychology theories to the development of leaders. He has written several peer-reviewed articles and book chapters on the effect of age on topics such as motivation, leadership, and the work-life interface. Greg also facilitates leader development programs applying these principles to the lifelong development of diverse organizational leaders.
