Biography

Kiki is a PhD Student in Management. She holds a MSc in Strategic Human Resources Management, a BA in Economics, and a BSc in Business Administration. Her current research focus is on the phenomenon of leader-follower identity switch (LFS). She intends to further explore and better understand the dynamics of switching between the two identities in a management context. With over 20 years of experience in human resources, Kiki enjoys sharing her knowledge and insights with the next generation of leaders. She is passionate about continuous learning, sustainable development, and innovation, and she is always looking for new opportunities to contribute to the field of human resources and organizational leadership.
