Biography

Stefanie is an author, professor, and keynote speaker who studies the intersection of leadership and diversity, focusing on (1) how unconscious bias affects the evaluation of leaders and (2) strategies that leaders can use to mitigate bias. She is the Director of the Doerr Institute for New Leaders and Professor at Rice University (TX, USA).
